Payment Terms

We will arrange for shipment of products to you. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Manglik Gold pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the carrier may leave the package at your address or return it to us, and you may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible products within the timeframe specified in our Return Policy, which is available on our Site.

Return Conditions

• Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging
• Customized or personalized products may not be eligible for return unless defective
• Products damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. By posting User Content, you grant Manglik Gold a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you own or have the necessary rights to post the User Content; (ii) the User Content is accurate and not misleading; (iii) the User Content does not violate any rights of any third party; and (iv) the User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is otherwise objectionable.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Manglik Gold, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR SERVICES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Manglik Gold'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OR ANY INABILITY TO USE ANY PORTION OF THE SITE OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Manglik Gold IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACTION GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Manglik Gold, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Site's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Site.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
